Taft Street Winery: 40 Years in Business
Taft Street winery has recently hit a milestone this last April Fool’s Day. It was their 40th year in business!
Jake and Mike Martini called me in hopes to produce a short film sharing their 40 year story (the cliff notes version). Together we planned over 5 shoot days to capture the stunning b roll you see in their film, as well as the interview segments that provide the verbal elements to the story.
Processing grapes, a barrel room party, and reminiscing through old photographs was our recipe for creating this piece. The final deliverables for this project were a 5+ minute edit and 5 additional edits that were 60 seconds or less for social media. I also delivered somewhere around 30 photographs for their marketing archives as well as a few “website header loops”, which are about 15 seconds in length that auto play when people visit their website.
